​Our central protagonists are Vala Pendragon: descended from the legendary King Arthur and also part fae, and Elvar Oakley: a handsome fae boy, sent to the human world to watch over Vala. As the story progresses, a true rite of passage unfolds,as Vala and Elvar undergo a journey of personal growth and profound change. Vala’s character evolves from a shy, cautious schoolgirl, into a courageous, feisty young woman. She is fiercely intelligent, talented, very empathetic, and possesses a number of 'magical' abilities. In contrast, Elvar is seemingly confident and outspoken; however, this is balanced by his deeply caring nature and softer attributes. As with Vala - family and friends are at the epicenter of his world - and for Elvar - no sacrifice is too great in protecting those he loves.

Join Vala, Elvar and their family and friends on a truly epic quest, as they battle evil and peril  to prevent the world plunging into a void of eternal night, whilst facing the inner struggles of growing up and self-discovery.
